The thing I appreciate about games is the unique perspective and storytelling tools that they can offer to anyone, anywhere. While there is melancholy, there is also a optimistic sense of hope. I'm grateful to currently be out of that season but I want you (the developer) and anyone else reading this to know that you can and you WILL get out of that feeling. Thank you so much for such a vulnerable and genuine game that perfectly captures a relatable feeling, can't wait to see what else is to come. (Hopefully a happier game from a happier dev <3) take care!

I recorded my playthrough and offer kind words at the end of the game:

I enjoyed the art style quite a bit. The incremental introduction of the fishing mechanics with different objects was handled in a show-not-tell way and I appreciate the amount of detail and trust you give the player with that mindset. Thanks for the wonderful game, I hope you all find a publisher that will fund your future projects!

Here's my playthough:

I enjoyed the concept along with the meta-narrative. I liked the mystique of this game and am interested to see what you all put together next!

I made a YouTube video about this game and a few others where I discussed the story a bit and offer feedback.

Hello, this game is so awesome! Such an interesting atmosphere and really made me think of what else is contained in this world.
I made a YouTube video about a few indie games and made a section to discuss Veiled, really interesting stuff!
